Information we collect

Account details such as name, email address, login status, membership plan, and account role.
Trading workflow data you choose to enter, such as watchlists, journal entries, portfolio examples, alerts, and covered-call planning details.
Technical information such as browser, device type, app logs, and error diagnostics.
Payment and subscription status from Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on Market Signal Desk servers.
Email delivery status for product emails, daily briefing emails, and support messages when enabled.

How we use information

To provide account access, dashboards, AI summaries, alerts, journal tools, and portfolio tools.
To personalize market briefings, AI assistant context, and app recommendations.
To process subscriptions, prevent abuse, secure the platform, and improve reliability.
To send requested emails such as daily market briefings, account messages, and support replies.

Third-party services

Market Signal Desk may use trusted providers for hosting, database, payments, email delivery, market data, and AI features. Examples include Railway, PostgreSQL, Stripe, Resend, Polygon, and OpenAI-compatible services. API keys are kept on the server and should not appear in browser code.

Market Signal Desk is educational software. Do not enter sensitive brokerage passwords or private financial credentials into free-text fields.
