We want subscriptions to feel clear and fair. Paid access is software access, not a promise of trading results. Last updated: June 28, 2026.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel an active subscription through the billing portal when available, or by contacting support. After cancellation, access typically remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case and may be granted where required by law or when there is a clear billing error. We generally do not provide refunds for market losses, unused time, missed trades, dissatisfaction with market conditions, or failure to cancel before renewal.
How to request help
Email support@marketsignaldesk.app with your account email, plan, charge date, and reason for the request.
Secure payments are handled through Stripe. Never send card numbers by email.
